I had a horrible experience on my first visit to your service department, mainly from the service writer. I tried to call to speak to the service manager but he Never returned my phone call. When I arrived at the service department yesterday, he took care of me, which was very confusing because when I made my appointment Cassandra came up as my service writer. I was here for the 2nd recall, airbags, on a 12 yr. old Outback. Initial check-in was fine. As specified by law, I was given a loaner car. Appeared to be sanitary. When I came back to pick up my car, the Outback. Initial check-in was fine. As specified by law, I was given a loaner car. Appeared to be sanitary. When I came back to pick up my car, the line at the service desk was not organized properly and 'customer' social distancing was NOT happening. I waited 15ft away for the other customers for an opening at the desk. It never came. I had to approach a service person, who was wearing their mask BELOW the NOSE - pointless. I won't be back, until a vaccine is available. More

Everybody I dealt with was very business like, friendly and all wore masks, I was very impressed, also there were multiple options for solitary waiting. I don’t know the names of the employees I encountered and with masks I couldn’t identify them from the photos, but thank you whoever you were! More
