I was here for the 2nd recall, airbags, on a 12 yr. old Outback. Initial check-in was fine. As specified by law, I was given a loaner car. Appeared to be sanitary. When I came back to pick up my car, the line at the service desk was not organized properly and 'customer' social distancing was NOT happening. I waited 15ft away for the other customers for an opening at the desk. It never came. I had to approach a service person, who was wearing their mask BELOW the NOSE - pointless.
