This is the third time I’ve done business with Marino CJD and they’ve been great every time. Tony goes out of his way to say hello and show his appreciation for your business. The whole process was also very transparent - no surprise fees or sudden negotiation maneuvers. This was my second time working with Dan Koljovic in sales. He’s completely professional and has made the transaction process extremely fast and simple. We placed a factory order for my truck and he kept me updated on the progress. Let’s start by saying I have purchased four vehicles from Marino’s. And as far as that goes I have no problem with. However their service department is where I usually have a problem with. When I purchased my vehicle, I also purchased a vehicle maintenance program. This includes oil change and tire rotation. Now here comes the problem with this individual. The service consultant comes and finds me in the waiting area to tell me I have swollen lug nuts. The repair for swollen lug nuts would be $330.00 US dollars. Now, I must have fool written on top of my forehead. I declined said repair option and this service consultant related to me that they would not be able to rotate my tires. I’m not sure but if a service mechanic only has one socket, maybe he should invest in more sockets. I was deprived of having my tires rotated which I have paid for in advance with Marino Chrysler Jeep & Dodge. After my last oil change which I already paid for. I will find a new place to have my vehicle serviced. I am fed up with the service at the service department at Marino Chrysler jeep & Dodge. More
