No problem they had them there when we arrived a couple hours later. They showed us each model of the vehicle, explained the differences. They were very knowledgeable of each vehicle we looked at. They were very patient with us. The two times we went in, it was right before closing, and we were apologetic but with crazy work hours thats all we could do. We kept apologizing, but at no time did they make us feel rushed. We made a deal, and were the last customers in there. nearly 3 hours after closing. Even after the sale he came out and gave us a quick overview of our new vehicle features. We have bought two vehicles here. We will be returning for our next. I left very happy with the purchase but then noticed there was a single seam in the drivers seat where the stitching was coming undone. I contacted Joe and, even though it was after the sale and the car was bought "as is", Joe worked with me to set up a time and have his guys repair the seam. While I bought the car with the stitching undone, Joe realized this was a small fix that would help me feel more comfortable with my purchase and dealing with the dealership. Thanks, Joe! More
