Went in for a leaking oil filter. My truck wasn’t due for its next oil change for another 3,500 miles. I only get my servicing done with them. Robert was amazing, Robert’s customer service was outstanding during our transaction, he is so knowledgeable about cars. He worked hard to make sure I got that Lexus!!! My 21 year old son Landin came outstanding during our transaction, he is so knowledgeable about cars. He worked hard to make sure I got that Lexus!!! My 21 year old son Landin came with me and he enjoyed talking car xxxx with Robert. I totally see Robert as an asset to your company. I took my Cadillac there. Everything was great until I went to pick up my car. It was not washed. They told me it would be 40 minutes. They told me to call before I came.
