I continue to experience poor service with the service department. I have not been satisfied with my vehicle purchase and the excessive visits to the service department. Since 2019 I’ve experienced a lack of customer service. I had to follow up with Dario to find the status of my vehicle. I feel like updates are important and they should have easily text or called with any kind of update. I was told my vehicle was ready and after picking up my vehicle I had to take it back for a repair that was not completed. I was given a loaner vehicle and dropping it off a gentleman sitting at his desk on his phone ignored me and when I mentioned I was returning the vehicle he had me wait till the loaner return woman returned to her desk. No consideration for my time or willing to help when he wasn’t doing anything. It’s very unfortunate for Mark Christopher Auto to allow their team to give such poor service. More
