Very disappointed at the pricing, states that there were two fobs and only had one and charged me $208 for another one. We felt nickled and dimed and paid cash and treated like poor credit buyers. What should have taken one hour took four hours. Our sales guy Nick tried his best and I like and respect him. The service management of Mark Christopher Cadillac does not honor their warranty to their loyal customers. Because of a defect in one of the manufacturer parts of the vehicle, they denied honoring their le not honor their warranty to their loyal customers. Because of a defect in one of the manufacturer parts of the vehicle, they denied honoring their legal warranty and made me the customer have to pay out of pocket expenses to fix my car. They also did not provide me with a loner vehicle, which they were legally supposed to under my lease agreement, so I had to spend over $ 1000.00 in rental expenses while they took over 2 weeks to order the parts to fix my car. STAY AWAY!!! More
Had truck in repeatedly…still not fixed! Back in next Monday…🙄…53 miles 1 way every time it takes 106 miles off the warranty, let alone $5.+ per gallon of gas!
