The salesman was good and knowledgeable but once we were in the finance office it became a different attitude and felt pressured into extended my loan terms for warranty. They would not listen to my concern in the finance office it became a different attitude and felt pressured into extended my loan terms for warranty. They would not listen to my concerns and switched my lender without explanation except, “you get gap insurance” the entire experience tainted my feeling about the dealership and would avoid future business with Mark Christopher.
