Completely over pack service department and lie extensively about when your vehicle will be done with a simple oil change and tire rotation. On top of that they decide to hold some sales rally for extensively about when your vehicle will be done with a simple oil change and tire rotation. On top of that they decide to hold some sales rally for the workers in the service department and all work stops until their rally is done 20-30 min later. More
