Good deal on the vehicle i bought just wished customer service wasn’t so uncomfortable as the sales man Alfonso made me feel uncomfortable so I had to go home at the end to drop off my truck and have my m service wasn’t so uncomfortable as the sales man Alfonso made me feel uncomfortable so I had to go home at the end to drop off my truck and have my mom bring me back to pick up the vehicle I purchased and he was insisting to take my vehicle for me and then I bring him back and also the fact that he was opening the back door of my truck while my toddlers were in there as if he was someone I know or something that was very uncomfortable and with the pandemic there should always be some distance. Also he promised floor mats and 3 weeks later still nothing I had to keep calling and he keeps saying he will call me. Another thing wish he would have explained that some features don’t work on the pre owned vehicle I purchased and that is sold as is there was a feature I really wish it worked since it’s so convenient but it doesn’t. I’d only recommend because possibly there could be better sales man that won’t make you feel so uncomfortable. More

Mario was an awesome salesman. Very helpful. But the management was very disappointing to my wife and I. I was purchasing a car you had advertise , and just because I wanted to get my own financing and management was very disappointing to my wife and I. I was purchasing a car you had advertise , and just because I wanted to get my own financing and not use yours, the deal was canceled. If I had the cash I would of gotten the car . Two years ago I tried to lease one at the advertisement deal and just because I had turned in my lease in a bit earlier then what was required, no deal was made . This is my last time I will ever put foot at your dealership and would definitely not recommend it to anyone ! More
Juan was extremely rude. I proceeded to tell him that my truck was shifting hard in 2X, 4X and reverse. He then told me that "reverse only has one gear and doesn't shift so you need to get the story straig truck was shifting hard in 2X, 4X and reverse. I told him I don't know exactly how reverse works and I was just telling him what it felt like. At that point I informed him that I was done speaking to him and I needed to speak to his manager. Matt arrived on the line and he was very professional and explained what they would do and how they would do it. I don't think Juan knows enough about his job so he gets defensive quickly. We will now deal with Ray Peters whom was also very professional. I'd rather not use MC for my vehicles anymore but they are the closest to me so that's why we do it. More
I am a VERY UNSATISFIED customer and I will never take either of my vehicles to your service center again..after service on my Hummer I was told I would get my copy of what services was done and I still h either of my vehicles to your service center again..after service on my Hummer I was told I would get my copy of what services was done and I still have not received any paperwork in my email..I also asked for a price on my passenger mirror and for air to be put in my tires and neither was done. My Hummer was left to be serviced for 2 days do you even have record of it? More
