Unfortunately this time I did not have a five star rating. I had told him I had a head lamp out but it was not replaced at my request. But I would of thought they would of check my other lights? Our visit to Mark Christopher Auto Center was due to our looking at purchasing a new GMC Yukon SLT. We had been looking at the 2021 GMC Denali’s. first at Hardin in Anaheim but there were no discounts avai looking at purchasing a new GMC Yukon SLT. We had been looking at the 2021 GMC Denali’s. first at Hardin in Anaheim but there were no discounts available anywhere on the new GMC Yukon’s, so we decided to go with the SLT instead. We ended up going to the Tustin Dealer because they had two Yukon’s for sale at $5,000 off on their website and I had purchased vehicles their previously. After our test drive I told the agent, we will buy this Yukon right now and pay cash, great price and vehicle. Right then the sales manager comes out and said the Yukon was sold, took the keys from my hands, ignored my wife and mother in law and drove the car off. What a joke. My family through me has purchased 5 vehicles through This Tustin Dealer on the family plan and will never buy another vehicle from them again the way we were treated, such disrespect, WOW!!!! I am sure they don’t care so we will also tell everyone we know to never go there also. No respect and rude to my mother in law. So we looked online again saw a 2021 Metallic Blue GMC SLT at Mark Christopher Auto Center and a white one in Cerritos. We called Cerritos first and it had been sold the previous day, so we called Ontario and spoke to one of their representatives Mario, who said he would have the car ready for a test drive when we got there. From our previous dealer visits and calls to dealers, we knew their was the Costco $1,000 discount available on the Yukon’s but no other dealer discounts at the moment with the newer designed models. We decided to drive all the way (33 miles) to Mark Christopher Auto Center to check this Yukon out. Once we got to our location, we called Mario as he Requested and he came right over to the GMC building. He got the keys, checked CA DL and we took our test drive with the only GMC Yukon SLT left on the lot. Not a lot of inventory with COVID-19. We still had many questions about this GMC Yukon and he answered them all. My wife, mother in law and myself were impressed, appreciated the courteous attitude and knowledge Mario had of the vehicle. We had visited many GMC (Yukon) and Chevrolet (Tahoe) locations by this time. After some considerable discussion and wonderful service here at Mark Christopher Auto Center from Mario and some of the other representatives We decided to purchase this 2021 Metallic Blue GMC Yukon SLT. Attitude, respect, knowledge and a great vehicle go a long way with us. Even though this dealer is farther away than all the others at this time, we would drive this far again to purchase a GMC knowing we will receive great customer service and knowledgeable representatives.
