2 stars because recent visits were good and quick but my last visit was awful, just an oil change, i asked how long it would take and was told hour and a half at the max, so i decided to stay and wait with last visit was awful, just an oil change, i asked how long it would take and was told hour and a half at the max, so i decided to stay and wait with my daughter, bad decision , it took 3 hours. I’ve never had an oil change take longer than 40 minutes anywhere I’ve went. I wouldn’t have minded if i was told that but since they told me 90 minutes max it was very frustrating. More

I just want to start off by saying that I am an understanding person during these rough times with COVID-19, but I am still a customer. I have serviced multiple vehicles with Mark Christopher Chevrolet and I was having difficulty reaching the service department for a regular maintenance service, it was very frustrating and it made me want to go somewhere else. I was able to reach Jeff Rizzi, the service department manager and he was very apologetic and took care of everything for me and made me forget the frustrations I have dealt with, especially because I went over my service miles due to a two week delay of not being returned a phone call from service. I’m sure Jeff was able to reach out to his team and remind them that Mark Christopher Cheverolet customers is what helps keep the business running. I am more than glad to return back for a service or sale because of Jeff Rizzi and his willingness to help! More
