There is no coordination between corporate customer service and the dealership. I've been told twice to take my truck into the dealership by corporate GM and the first time the dealership wasn't made a service and the dealership. The guy who called me from the service department described a different issue with my car than what the mechanic notated. I paid over $450 for a new battery and to tighten a loose battery cable? I picked up the car yesterday and paid 1400 and it’s still making the squeaking noise when the air conditioner is on and still doing it.
