Review of service received on 6/20/20 The auto purchased on 6/18/20 was taken to the service department because it was discovered standing water in the rear tail light. The salesman was n The auto purchased on 6/18/20 was taken to the service department because it was discovered standing water in the rear tail light. The salesman was notified and requested that I contact the service department. My appointment was on 6/29/20 with Jackie Klosky who informed me that there was a recall item to be taken care of. I was told that the necessary parts to replace the rear tail light was ordered and expected to be received the next day. She would call me as soon as the part was received. To date I have not been notified of the parts ordered. I called and left a message for Jackie last week regarding the status. To date still no reply. More

I brought my 2020 Sonic, purchased 2/13/2020 at Mark Christopher, in for it's first check-up! When I made the appointment I asked about the oil which would be replaced in the vehicle saying I wanted "fully synthetic 5w 30 as the manual called for. The person said the a 0w something blend, I forget the exact designation, would be used. The day of the appointment the advisor told me that Chevrolet recommended "Dexos blend " as the engine oil. and refused to look at the manual I had which clearly stated "full synthetic 5w 30. Finally a second advisor told me the Dexos fully synthetic oil would be used. Can't in all honesty say I'm confident that I know what oil was used. Beyond that, the service call went by without issues. I've owned 3 new Corvettes and always go back to the dealership for service. My neighbor bought their car at MC and rave about you. Hope my experience will be the same More
