I took my Cadillac XT5 in and was surprised to sre they had merged all brands services into one and as such there was an extensive line of cars. Someone approached me and told me his name was Jeff and had merged all brands services into one and as such there was an extensive line of cars. Someone approached me and told me his name was Jeff and he was the manager he apologized for the inconvenience and a service writer talk care of me and my oil service was performed very fast and I was back on the road. Clearly I would recommend MCAC to anyone with a Chevrolet, Buick, GMC or Cadillac. More

Excellent service. Respectful and dutiful behavior and attitude towards me & other customers. Follow up is complete and through. Horrible customer service. I was told to bring my car in so my husband and I took a day off to come in and the gentleman was trying to charge me $300. Definitely wouldn’t suggest getting Factory repairs done at this Chevy location! Horrible communication! Left my truck without a windshield uncovered for days on end!! I was unaware of the backordered parts for the first 2 weeks they had my truck without any word or notice until the 3rd week when I called and asked if it was ready. Gave my truck back without any repairs fixed or done. Brought it bAck they finally installed the backordered headliner yet fixed no electrical issues the water damage caused! Getting a Lawyer and gonna enjoy watching you guys pay for the heartache and headache of not having my work truck for nearly a month! Because you have no communication or professionalism! Only one employee had my back the entire time! Only one! More
