Third time using this dealership. Not as happy with this experience. First salesperson said he was unaware of the lease offer we came in for even though it was on the huge electronic billboard on the lot. experience. First salesperson said he was unaware of the lease offer we came in for even though it was on the huge electronic billboard on the lot. When we went to sign paperwork we were put through a wringer. First they dragged us over to a computer and tried to sell us additional upgrades, even though there were none listed. Then a sales manager came over and told us the payment would be $294 instead of the $189, turned out this was $95 for extended damage coverage insurance. We paid $20 per month for this on last lease. After telling them to delete that from the deal, the finance manager tried to trick us into signing paperwork that added it back in. We were then quoted a new lower $45 per month charge for it. Still refusing and totally not understanding why it was now lower, feeling like we were being scammed, there was now an even lower rate of $25 per month quoted. What the heck is going on here???? This has never happened in our previous purchases. We left feeling slimy from having dealt with these people. Had recommended you to friends before. Will not do so again. When we got home and looked at the term on the insurance, it is for 36 months and lease is for 39 months, this certainly was NOT discussed. More

The car came back with greasy hand prints all over the head liner. And just for good measure a new box of covid masks was taken out of the vehicle They also couldn’t fix the camera which the vehicle ha head liner. The online booking was a waste of my time. Even though I made an online appointment in advance, I still had to wait in line with everyone else. Also, my vehicle was not serviced ahead of those who didn't ha made an online appointment in advance, I still had to wait in line with everyone else. Also, my vehicle was not serviced ahead of those who didn't have appointments. Also, I was disappointed that the Cadillac Service area was closed; I had to wait in a long line with everyone else. Why bother having a Cadillac if the perks that go with it are not available to its owners? It would have been okay if my online appointment was honored. More
