Made my appointment on line, 20 other people did the same thing. Why bother with an appointment if you take so many at the same time, shouldn’t you limit them?? Very unhappy. Had an appt for an ignition recall. Service man said it would take an hour to an hour and a half. Waited for an hour and a half just for him to tell me I had to come back because they didn’t ha man said it would take an hour to an hour and a half.
