Yukon Nightmare Eric the Service Coordinator has been amazing! The reason for not 5 stars falls with the mechanics themselves. Eric gave exceptional customer service and provided us with updates daily. He went out of his way to help us. The mechanics to me are glorified programmers. I feel they rely quite a bit on what computers tell them rather than being a mechanic. My husband diagnosed the problem and walked them through it. We were told the noise was normal and come to find out there was a bent push rod. I wish they would be able to go beyond what they "instructed" to do to fix problems. More
