Cadillac Service Department I chose Mark Christopher Auto Center to work on my Cadillac Escalade for some recent recalls affecting the 2017 models. I dropped off my vehicle to th I chose Mark Christopher Auto Center to work on my Cadillac Escalade for some recent recalls affecting the 2017 models. I dropped off my vehicle to the service writer named Nobu in the morning and was told it would only take an hour or two max. I ended up calling around 4 pm to see if it was done and apparently they call rd the wrong number. Upon picking up my vehicle they couldn’t find in the lot as it was under another name. I was sort of disappointed they didn’t offer a loaner vehicle since I had to take a Uber to work and then back to the dealer. Overall other Cadillac dealers have a way better service department. This visit was rough and very disorganized. Maybe an off day or just business as usual? Never been here before and probably will not be back. More

Was ready to buy a truck and was quoted a price for the vehicle after answering all questions Armando had about things that would qualify me for manufacturer rebates. After letting him know I would drive up from San Diego the next evening, I was told that they could no longer honor the price due to me not having a current lease. Autotrader and Armando both showed that the price was what I was quoted but he insisted that there was a “mistake” on autotrader and they couldn’t sell it to me for the price I was quoted and that they have absolutely no room to negotiate on the truck. I had my wife inquire about the vehicle and she was told by another internet associate that the price is always negotiable and that they could work out a deal. Wasted about 9 hours with Armando and will not do business with this dealership. Joe Gonzales (internet manager) and Johny Mendoza, the sales manager, did not care about my unpleasant experience and would not even reach back to me when I reached out 2 weeks later about the truck. Take your business elsewhere, these guys are all about the money and won’t take responsibility for their mistakes. Not willing to go under advertised price and no counter offer to keep me as a customer. I was shocked that they feel that they could let a ready to buy customer walk away over a few hundred dollar difference from their advertised price and what I had offered after the blatantly misleading quote I was given after letting them know I did not have a lease. Worked mostly through email and text, have documentation of everything. Johnny wouldn’t respond about a fair offer $1k under listing which is fair market value in the area. More
