They have good service but they have a long wait time. I was the sixth car to have an oil and filter change and a tire rotation and it took 3 hours.They no longer wash the car like they used to. I mentioned all my concerns on the comment box when scheduling the appointment a week prior. I also mentioned that Id like a shuttle if I were to wait there. They cant see my list of concerns in the comment box that I wrote when I schedule the appointment? Now, I have to go back when a loaner car is available. I scheduled a week prior, someone should have seen this and notified me of possible delays or if I need to reschedule or if I should bring a ride, etc. Last time TWO times I went there, I had to come back because they needed to order a part. Dino Picanzo was very helpful and professional with assisting with an issue with my vehicle. When brought to his attention, he took the time to listen to my issue, set up a time to do a test drive, and assisting with an issue with my vehicle.
