Twenty years ago I dealt with a Chevy dealership.My experience was terrible.Professionalism,customer service,and customer accommodations were greatly lacking.Since then I have purchased Hondas,and Toyo experience was terrible.Professionalism,customer service,and customer accommodations were greatly lacking.Since then I have purchased Hondas,and Toyotas.Recently I had an unexpected misfortune with my Toyota Yaris.I decided to put myself back into a pickup truck.I feel Chevys are the best choice for me,however,I dreaded the thought of dealing with another Chevy dealership.I found the exact truck I wanted at Martin Chevy.Holding my breath......I jumped right in preparing for stress,aggrevation,and game playing.I am pleased to report,that the aforementioned did not happen.My salesman Ryan Kaufman,provided me with incredible customer service.He disclosed everything I needed to know about my potential purchase,and answered any questions I had with the utmost knowledge.He was professional,informative,respectful,and did not implement pressure during any stage of my purchase.All others involved in my purchase provided me with the same customer service.Martin Chevy is a clean,well put together dealership.I am a new customer,(for less than a week) and are certainly looking forward to working with them in the future,for up to this point,I have no reason to feel otherwise.Keep up the great work Ryan,and the rest of the staff at Martin Chevy.You have restored my faith.
