Bought new Silverado I was looking at trucks. Both gmc and Chevy. The gmc guys were very arrogant and pushy. Both Steve and Carlos were the exact opposite! Helpful, kind, I was looking at trucks. Both gmc and Chevy. The gmc guys were very arrogant and pushy. Both Steve and Carlos were the exact opposite! Helpful, kind, knowledgeable. Really had a great experience! We looked at 4-5 options until we found the one. Carlos was great as he ran to bring us all the different options and explain the differences. Steve was great with the financial options.
