Excellent Customer Service Tony was excellent in helping my Husband and I find the vehicle that we were looking for. Very disappointed Kept my car for 7 hours, was suppose to do oil change, and alignment. They only did the oil change stating they couldn't align it, that I needed work Kept my car for 7 hours, was suppose to do oil change, and alignment. They only did the oil change stating they couldn't align it, that I needed work on my car in order to be able to do the alignment that was going to cost between $300 and $400. Took the car to a very honest and Christian mechanic we know who stated my car did not need that, and the car was very easily aligned. Lost all trust in them. Was very disappointed to find out there was actually no reason they couldn't have aligned the car which turns out was not much out of alignment to begin with. More

Excellent customer service I went to Master Buick / GMC looking for a gently used Sierra 1500. Tony Goddard assisted me and asked what I was looking for as far as options go. I went to Master Buick / GMC looking for a gently used Sierra 1500. Tony Goddard assisted me and asked what I was looking for as far as options go. There were several good options on the lot and I drove one home for an overnight test drive after about 45 minutes on the lot. The truck was what I was looking for and was in great condition.
