I am sorry for your frustration. We share that frustration sometimes, as well. In this case, as Bo tried to explain, our technician was able to document your issue, he contacted GM’s technical assistance for guidance, and was told that although GM is aware of the issue, they have not come up with the fix, yet. Although this is frustrating, it is not uncommon. As soon as there is an authorized repair, we will be contacted, and we will contact you. We will be in touch.
