Great experience I worked with Jaik and Matt and my experience was great with both of them. I was upfront in wanting to come in for a test drive only and while I expec I worked with Jaik and Matt and my experience was great with both of them. The Way It Should Be! I was dreading the entire experience from it's inception. Owning the same vehicle since 2003, I knew it was inevitable. Dealing with "car salesmen?" The thought was nauseating, but after selling my car I had no choice but commit. I knew what I wanted (2016 CX-5) and went on-line to reach out to a dealer near me...Oddly, I received no response. My second attempt found Mazda of Elk Grove. Wow! Their website blew away every competitor in the Region! User friendly, informative, and most importantly, I was contacted immediately by Jaik Willmon. The next day, Jaik had a car ready upon arrival and knew the vehicle inside/out like the back of his hand. You could sense his passion for vehicle as he confidently answered each and every question, never once with an "attitude". My wife and I felt we had made an educated decision and Jaik certainly reassured us of that. The move to financing was swift and seamlessly handled by Steve Wray. Experienced and personable, Steve made us feel comfortable enough to stay all afternoon, but quickly detailed the transaction and got us going out the door much sooner than expected. We love the car, and we truly enjoyed becoming friends with Jaik and Steve.
