Can't now, don't have time They didn't fix under extended warranty that we paid for as it was six days over. Nearly a week later and $650 in rental cost, still nothing the entire time for me to drive, I was told there would be reimbursement, and did not get anything and was told that I wouldn't get reimbursed. (Josh told me I wouldn't get reimbursed and I was lied to) this was a lot of confusion and back and forth and a lot of money spent that I didn't have to spend. More
When I made my appointment by phone, I was not told that it would take almost a week to fix. I had to pay $75/day for a rental. I was not updated about my car's status. I had to call multiple times. The work was delayed because my odometer wouldn't read (which is one of the reasons I needed by car fixed), and so my extended warranty couldn't be verified until after it was fixed. But I had to have multiple conversations regarding the unknown odometer reading. Work couldn't start until the odometer was read but the fuse was out and needed to be fixed to get the odometer read. Communication was poor and the work took too long. More

I bought my 2016 Chevy Silver Silverado for an oil change and for them to check the engine light and I was there for five hours and until they couldn’t find what was causing the emissions for the engine ligh and for them to check the engine light and I was there for five hours and until they couldn’t find what was causing the emissions for the engine light to be on. So they told me I’d have to bring my truck back so I made it for the next week and let them keep it all night. I dropped it off at 6 o’clock on Wednesday and then went to pick it up on a Thursday and said oh well that I need to keep it another day , since the smoke test didn’t show where the leak was. I thought well they had it over 24 hours. It should be fixed in timely manner. So I requested to get my truck back due to the fact that I had doctors appointments due to the fact that I have cancer I needed that for my transportation for my treatments. More
