Everyone at McDonald VW was very Professional and treated us with the utmost respect. Ryan Wambolt was the salesman who worked with Diane and I. Our son Derek recently bought the ID.4 from Ryan and we have our son to thank for taking us to Ryan Wambolt. We have always been Saab, Chevy, and Ford owners, but after seeing the VW Tiguan and looking at the reviews, and having a great salesman named Ryan, this is the car we now have in our garage. Also, I would like to say our finance guy Bernard Brake was very professional and made the paperwork process simple and explained all our options available to us. Worst experience ever at the dealership in Denver, Colorado (Volkswagen McDonald). I've been a VW owner my entire life (15 years). My new Tiguan 2022 had an issue (defect) with the trunk and I was Colorado (Volkswagen McDonald). I've been a VW owner my entire life (15 years). My new Tiguan 2022 had an issue (defect) with the trunk and I was given a loaner car. The girl who was at service Madison Curry failed to arrange a proper pick up procedure and made me sign all the papers inside the office without even asking me to walk around the car which was also not spotless and I did not notice a tiny chip on the windshield. Upon return with the car they were trying to make accountable for it and noticed it right away. They knew the chip was there but still claimed my insurance. After their claim was approved, I have to ay 700 dollars for a freaking windshield. Doug Brown (Customer service manager) is worst manager I dealt with. Rude, threatened me collection agencies and all the consequences without even providing any proof of damages and estimates from the body shop. Tried to use my credit card without even telling me. Good thing it was locked so they could not charge me. Requested proof of damage a couple of times and got nothing in return. I have the money to pay but that's a principle matter now. I will keep fighting and WILL NEVER RETURN to this location and not recommending anyone to go there. More
