I bought my car in October of 2021 and can say that customer service at this establishment is seriously lacking. They will schedule you appointments without ever speaking to you. This has happene customer service at this establishment is seriously lacking. They will schedule you appointments without ever speaking to you. This has happened to me on 2 separate occasions. I have scheduled 3 separate appointments using my warranty & taken my car in to fix my door and they didnt even look at my car. After talking to TJ the service manager he offered to "make it right" by having me come in for a 4th appointment specifically with him to get it fix and offered to fill my car with gas for the trouble. When I arrived he acted like he didnt remember making the appointment with me, but came out to look at my car. After finally fixing my door did not follow through with filling my car up with gas. False promises and being made to feel like an inconvenience for taking your car is so unprofessional and disappointing. This review is mainly directed at TJ and Chris as I have worked with Angela in the past who provided the best care out of anyone there. More

The sales man we had (Jordan) was great.
