McLaughlin I researched the vehicle I wanted online. Contacted Kim and then bought the car. Kim was very friendly and helpful. Made you feel like a good friend. The car I bought was used and only had one key, she is making sure I get a spare. Also going to have their shop take out a door ding for me. My first WRX, the second Subaru in the family! I was contacted by Kim Hicks when requesting online quote for a 2018 WRX. Kim was able to get back to me both Saturday and Sunday and the following Mo I was contacted by Kim Hicks when requesting online quote for a 2018 WRX. Kim was able to get back to me both Saturday and Sunday and the following Monday I was at the dealership picking up my brand new 2018 WRX. Kim was extremely easy and pleasant to work with and McLauglin Subaru offered the most competitive pricing on a brand new WRX with a 200 mile radius. I was extremely pleased with the efficiency and the stress free environment McLauglin Subaru provided me . Hands down my top dealership experience i have ever had! Also Thanks to Robert from finance.
