I came in with some problems on my E300, due to the HORRIBLY LIBERAL ROADS IN MARYLAND! I went into the service department and Chuck Lehman stepped in and took care of every issue I had! Locked my keys in my trunk on an Army base. I called the 800 Mercedes roadside number, who then hooked me up with Terrance. Terrance set everything up with getting my car towed to the dealership. Then, Alex helped and hooked me up with his lead service tech, Scott, who got the car unlocked and trunk opened. Scott and I talked for a few minutes about some things to be aware of with my new (to me) purchase, and really was extremely personable and professional. This was all done at 5:10 at the very end of their work day. I really appreciate the professionalism from every staff member who assisted me with this headache. This isn’t my first Mercedes, but it is the first Mercedes I have owned that is new enough to justify taking it to a dealership for service. These guys definitely earned my business and loyalty as a customer. The tow truck driver they contracted to get my vehicle was also top notch and provided great service and interaction. MB of Annapolis really has excelled with providing amazing customer service. I will be back to get routine maintenance done on my car for sure. I have been looking at picking up some AMG style wheels, as well as a few minor modifications. If I can’t do the work myself, I will be coming back here for that as well. More
