In particular, I found Casey to be friendly and the most easy to work with. I visited quite a lot of dealerships in the area, not limited to MercBenz, and I found maybe 2 salespersons that I really liked working with. Casey was one of them. He was aggressive with the numbers but not pushy about making a sale. Ultimately I chose to buy a different make for various reasons. He was always very responsive to our emails and calls while we waited for our new car to arrive. When it did arrive, he personally picked us up from the airport. The next morning, he walked us through the sale and the operation of the vehicle. We can’t imagine a better experience and are looking forward to doing business with Asher for many years to come. And that says a lot because my wife and I live 700 miles away in MI! We could have ordered a new car from a number of dealerships much closer to our home. He checked in with me while it was being serviced to keep me updated throughout the day and followed up once I picked up the car to ensure I was satisfied with the outcome.
