I have bought my GLE 350 there and the sales consultant Bob Hold was very knowledgeable and worked out a very good deal. What I do not understand is that my first standard service was very expensive but i Bob Hold was very knowledgeable and worked out a very good deal. What I do not understand is that my first standard service was very expensive but it is what it is. But if the service consultant tells you it will take about 2 hrs and it takes 4 it's bad judging. My second service appointment was Friday May 23rd 2025 and my appointment time was 8 am. I was there at 7:55 for a A0 service which was estimated by the consultant at 2 hrs. During the service I was informed that the battery did not pass the test an will be replaced under was. Great! But that the entire service took 4+ hrs was not OK. I watched how 3 guys tried to change the battery and do not understand why this is a big deal. I'm very technical and my background is mechanical engineering...I worked 45 years in the machine tool industry and knew that what it takes to change a battery on the GLE. However the consultant Catherine was very polite an informed my of the extra time! After the car came back the seatbelt was stuck in the side panel and did neither come out correctly nor retrieve. The car went back and came out again After 20 min. The same problem was still that the seatbelt was not operating correctly and the plastic cover was damaged and the side panel was stained by the mechanic. I informed the service consultant and she took the car back to get it fixed. The car came back and the seatbelt was operating fine. The side panel was very wet from trying to clean the stained and I was hoping the brown stained would come out eventually but it did not. So the next day I sent a text to Catherine with pictures attached. Since we life in FL but we're here for a visit I have the closest Benz dealer in Pensacola. I expect someone to take care of my issue. I have been customer at Infinity Gwinnett for over 15 years and would recommend that your service manager goes over there to learn how things are done Thank you. Brgds, Hans Jürgen Schleicher More

Cannot speak much about the salesperson given I already knew the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. While I did not expect anything, Danny found a way for us opt in to their warranty program, which we had to pay extra for a vehicle that was supposedly in excellent condition. No exceptions were made for the first car and its problems so I strongly recommend anyone who's looking to purchase that they do a THROUGH inspection because you're SOL after leaving the lot. More

I had a terrible experience at this dealership. I was overcharged and forced to deal with a service advisor named Angela, who wasn’t even assigned to me and made no effort to be helpful.
