Finn helped my Dad and I bought our dream cars! He introduced us a GLB 250 and supposedly my Dad was the one who needed a car and we both ended up buying for both of us. Finn has a wealth of knowledge about the cars and educated us of all the options it has for us to choose from. Finn offered us a test drive and showed us what this car can do for us because it has an amazing option to automatically park for us and we just fell in love at first sight! I purchased a car from this dealership last week, only because they had the car that we wanted. First, we were promised floor mats when we put down our deposit, but they forgot that they made that promis because they had the car that we wanted. First, we were promised floor mats when we put down our deposit, but they forgot that they made that promise when it came time to pick up the car. Should have gotten that in writing! Sales manager wouldn't return a call (3 calls) in the past week ever since I put down the deposit. General manager also hasn't returned a call. Their representative that reviewed the features and specifics of the car with us when we received the car was not very knowledgeable, and was wrong about several features of the car. Very disappointed and will not be back. More
