Great first experience This was my first time purchasing a Mercedes. Russell, Martin, and Cy were great to work with. After looking at the car and test driving, we were under no pressure to purchase. Russell got us a detailed sheet with the price of the car and estimated payments. Russell was off the next day, but he still made himself available to discuss the car. The following day I was able to fax a credit app over and they matched the best interest rate for financing. Russell called and told me the car was ready for me. My dad and I made it to the dealership and Cy had the paperwork ready to go and sign. They made the process easy and fast! After paperwork, Martin was super helpful, and went over all the specifics in detail inside the car. He even rode with me around the block to make sure I was comfortable with the car.
