I received a response from Ghali within an hour and made plans to test drive the car that evening. Even though we were possibly the only customers left in the building (it was an hour til closing time), we never felt rushed. Ghali took his time with us and did a great job making sure we were comfortable before committing to the purchase. When we returned a few days later to finish up the paperwork and pick up the car, we were genuinely welcomed and helped. Every associate we encountered was friendly- the customer service here is top notch. We felt the sense of pride behind what these people do; quality can be seen not only in the products sold, but in the process in which the products are sold. General sales manager and entire sales team first class!! Next thing I know turned in Jaguar early and now driving Mercedes. Extremely customer friendly. Wife was driving 2016 Infiniti QX80. Too much of SUV for her. Sales team made an incredible deal now driving ML 450. Highly recommend a very pleasant and excellent sales person, Beatrix Mohsenin, who is second to none in her knowledge of Mercedes products.
