Windshield Washer Odor Coming Through Vents CANT BREATHE! I would give ZERO if an option! Is anyone having a problem with the strong odor of the windshield washer coming through the vents while driving? I h I would give ZERO if an option! Is anyone having a problem with the strong odor of the windshield washer coming through the vents while driving? I have had to roll the windows down while using just to breath. I almost passed out once! I have brought the 2018 C300 in several times to see what the problem is and they have duplicated the issue but no fix. I cannot drive the car this way but they will not do anything about the issue. They act very casual about it. I am not taken seriously. Maybe because I'm a woman? IMO. I have been dragged through the mud because they have deep pockets. They need to take this car back! More

service center Recently I bought MB GLS 450 went to general service to make sure everything is fine. They told me they have 2 recalls and they have performed recalls Recently I bought MB GLS 450 went to general service to make sure everything is fine. They told me they have 2 recalls and they have performed recalls.After recalls when I went to pickup my car I got service B1 exceeded message and immediately asked him about the message. He said he needs to do oil change if he does that it will go off and he told me $200 for oil change. In general service they have found missing small part in the SUV they did not even call me to repair don;t know what they did. They have asked me to pay $170 for nothing never experienced this kind of experience. Initial supervisor was good and polite and when I went to pick up I met different supervisor he is rude. More

I ended up being in contact with Elliot Burns who took the time via email exchange all week to present me wit I couldn’t have had a better experience. I ended up being in contact with Elliot Burns who took the time via email exchange all week to present me with some vehicles. Elliot presented me with a beautiful car in their stock that was 95% close to my build. Upon arrival Elliot was with another client and brought in Noland to help me. Noland picked up where Elliot left off. Walked out with the car same day. I would certainly recommend this branch to friends and family. Thank you Guys. See you in 3 years. More
