After visiting a few different car dealerships that afternoon, we decided to take a look at the different models available at Ray Catena Mercedes-Benz. Our prior experiences that day had left us feelin afternoon, we decided to take a look at the different models available at Ray Catena Mercedes-Benz. Our prior experiences that day had left us feeling less than enthusiastic about visiting another dealership, but with my wife's lease ending soon, we felt obligated to make the most of the day. When we entered the dealership, we were immediately greeted, though not by a sales representative. We were afforded an opportunity to look around for a little while. After a few minutes a sales representative (Timothy Atoniszyn) greeted us. We immediately sensed that this would be a different experience. Tim was interested in what we were looking for and took the time to listen to our specific needs and interests. That began a wonderful experience, which concluded with us purchasing and taking deliver of a car that afternoon. Tim made the entire process, from choosing a vehicle that fit our needs to negotiating a price, an unexpectedly enjoyable experience. Amazing Experience! From my emails with Paula, to my meeting and dealing with John and Gary. This is my second Mercedes and I traveled 50mins. to buy from this team. So accommodating - another dealer wa meeting and dealing with John and Gary. This is my second Mercedes and I traveled 50mins. to buy from this team. So accommodating - another dealer was competing for my business and this team handled it so great, John educated me and really worked through the numbers with me so I could make a comfortable informative decision. I had my 10 yr old son with me and they spoiled him (they know how to get to a mothers heart)! Even when he got antsy, they made it seem like no problem. I also have to mention the front desk team... was so pleasant. Overall, all that you would expect from a Mercedes Dealer and then some... professional, polite, considerate, kind and Thoughtful. Christopher Russo was extremely professional, honest and courteous through out the vehicle purchase process. I had the vehicle specially ordered to my liking and Mr. Russo kept in constant contact through out the process, keeping me informed of every step in the process. I have dealt with several vehicle dealers in my years of experience and none have come even close to his level of professionalism. It has also been my experience that after you pick up your new vehicle the dealer tends to just disappear and avoid any problems or concerns you have. Mr. Russo has done the complete opposite, in fact he actually contacts me on a regular basis to ask about my experiences with the vehicle and addresses any concerns I may have. Sure, every dealer will be your best friend when you are in the process of buying a vehicle, but we all know that ends as soon as you drive off the lot. I challenge you to find someone more professional and genuinely as caring about their customers as Mr. Russo is. If you do, please let me know, but I don't expect that anyone will find such.
