Grigory Rozenfeld made this the best dealership! I was new car shopping for the longest time. The answers I received never stood out to me like the one I got from Ray Catena MB. Simply put, from the moment I walked in the front door, it was apparent to me the difference was right in my face. My sales man Grigory Rozenfeld approached me wearing a suit and tie. He was professional, well spoken, and educated about what the Ray Catena name was all about. ME ! The real person who has been stressed by other dealerships time and time again. Grigory was always by my side, explained to me how it was all about what I wanted not what he wanted. My needs were first and foremost. Needless to say I didn't have any issues from beginning to end. I got my car quickly and exactly what I wanted for what I wanted it for. No headaches or bait and switches. No waiting around alone and helpless. Just personal attention. I even met Dan Cottrell to congratulate me on the purchase. Ray Catena Mercedes Benz was all that I had read about and heard from my friends and family. I knew I wanted something in the luxury crossover space and had narrowed it down to Mercedes GLC, Lexus Rx, BMW x3, Audi Q5. I had virtually compared all features online and my plan was to sequentially test all of them and then decide. Well, this is a review of how I entered the Mercedes showroom and never had to go to any other after that. In a week I had zeroed on my car and a week after that I drove out in it :) Tom Cola is the man behind this. He never once made it about the sale or the car....it was always about me. I did not feel like I am dealing with a salesman, rather an experienced personal consultant. He offered me practical perspectives and points of view, shared key information that helped me make the decions best suited for me. I visited the showroom several times during those 2 weeks and he was always helpful, informative, patient and consultative in all of them. He also did a lot of crisp quick follow ups on the phone where needed. I was blown by the AMG styled GLC awd with its plush luxurious interior, sporty powerful handling, classic minimalistic elegance in black and white, cutting edge technology born in 2016 and a burmestor surround sound that was truly superior. Tom not only helped make my decision making process quick and bang on with my personal style, prefernces and situation....he guided me most helpfully through the paperwork, insurance etc. A lot of it was done over the phone and mail where possible for my convenience. Special mention of the manager Derrick Fox who also helped my case for the lease go through after a lot of support and representation on my behalf.
