Rude salesperson. Maybe we didn't look like Mercedes People? Extremely rude salesperson. Maybe we didn't have the right look for a Mercedes owner? I don't typically dress to impress on a weekend afternoon. My wife and I went into to discuss a deal that we had negotiated at another dealership. Instead of talking through the differences and working towards a compromise, the salesperson more of less laughed and told us that she was getting the sales manager to, "come over and say goodbye to you". The sales manager, Danny, was actually very nice, and tried to save the situation. Highlighting that Ray Catena is known for their service. I don’t decide on where to buy a car based on who has better coffee in the waiting room. When the dust settled, we ended up finding that the deals from both dealerships were very close, and they were actually selling the same car (from shared inventory). But after the way we were treated and dismissed, we purchased our new truck from the dealership that treated us like valued customers that were looking to spend a lot of money. Well, now we are Mercedes people, but I can say, we won't be going back here. More

Fantastic car buying experience John was extremely professional, courteous, and went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. We walked away with the kind of the lease John was extremely professional, courteous, and went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. We walked away with the kind of the lease deal on a new GLK 350 that we were looking for and he was a straight shooter who didn't hassle us at all. He even went through the trouble of walking us through different lease deal scenarios so that we could make the right decision. I would highly recommend John and this dealership for their great customer service. More
