The ratings are given based on my overall experience with the salesman himself. Anthony Garone is very considerate, precise, and satisfying I might say with the doubts I had about the upgrade itself and not the salesman himself. Most importantly the timing and convenience was exceptional with the delivery of the new car and taking possession of the old car one. Not to mention paperwork (which is always time consuming), but this time and the only time it really felt like it only took seconds for everything to be signed, explained, and shown to me with complete understanding without me stepping foot into a dealership at all. I mean this was like a red carpet door to door service (lol). I love it (my brand new C300) all sported and dipped out!
