I recently leased a GLK 350 for my wife from John. He made the entire process quick, smooth, and most importantly - fun. We couldn't be happier with the car. It meets all of our needs and wants. I did some comparison shopping and the deal we got is significantly better than anything else we saw. The dealership itself and the service center are gorgeous. There are a ton of incredible cars in the showroom. They gave us our car filled to the brim with gas and waxed like I have never seen. I am writing to praise the Ray Catena showroom staff in Edison, NJ and salesman Mr. Derrick Fox. From the moment my brother and I entered the showroom, we received a warm greeting and offered a cool refre Edison, NJ and salesman Mr. Derrick Fox. From the moment my brother and I entered the showroom, we received a warm greeting and offered a cool refreshment (it was a 90 degree day in New Jersey). Of course, the reason I was in the showroom was to purchase a car. Having read about the GLK 350, I knew that this was my choice; however, I needed to negotiate the trade-in of my 2009 E350. I have purchased two Mercedes Benz autos from Ray Catena auto over the past 7 years and Mr. Derrick Fox helped me with these sales so when I set the appointment I had high expectations that Derrick would know the automobile and he would know how to help me with financing. Derrick is always a gentleman and he is an excellent sales rep. He doesn't rush.....he doesn't push ......he shows the full line of Benz autos and he shows all of the capabilities and talks about the value(s) of the choices available. When I confirmed that I was primarily interested in the GLK, Derrick took me and my brother for a drive.........I drove so that I could see if I was "comfortable" on the road, in Rte 1 traffic etc etc. When we returned to the showroom, Derrick quietly and carefully asked me....."what do you think?" " How do you feel about driving the GLK?" Then came some challenges for Derrick. Frankly, the financial arrangements took patience and persistence on his part. In a very professional and sensitive manner, Derrick explained to me the gap that I needed to cover. He re-did paperwork and re-submitted my application so that I qualified to purchase my third--3rd--Mercedes Benz from Ray Catena Auto!!! I was thrilled. This is why I have taken time to write this extensive review. I appreciate deeply the professionalism, the care, concern and sensitivity shown to me that Derrick Fox and everyone who worked with him extended to me to insure that I, a loyal Ray Catena buyer, was able to purchase yet another Mercedes-Benz from this dealership.
