After a period of moving from an MB product - horrible lack of judgement on my part - I was hopeful to return to not only the Mercedes brand, but to MB/Hagerstown, in particular, because of the impeccable service to which I was accustomed. I’m fortunate, and proud, to have the new automobile I purchased from Rob. There was no pressure, no flowery or false sales attitude during our meeting. Tony Mills was equally nice and respectful as he processed our sales paperwork working past the Saturday time for closing shop. Even my test drive was interesting when we became a “Good Samaritan” stopping to assist a woman - my husband giving her a push off the street - in her stalled Cadillac! More

Didn’t really like having to make my final decision while at work and over the phone. Very different from what I thought I would end up with and still trying to get used to it. Went through with it because of the price and certified status. I think it will be ok but this was not my best vehicle buying experience. More
