After the test drive and talking price we thought maybe now is a good time after all to get a luxury car. I was reminded later why I need to wait (children). Woody answered every question I had and even offered to bring the car to my house later for a second test drive at my convenience since I'm pretty busy. I'm disappointed to say we didn't buy yet but Woody was never pushy and gave me every opportunity and time to make a decision which I greatly appreciated. It was a pleasure working with him. More

They gave me some good suggestions for making the deal work, negotiated on an already reasonable advertised price that had recently dropped, and didn't hassle me for addons (Of course they were offered, but it was totally up to me to go for the extended warranty/wheel coverage/etc and I was free to say yes or no.). The time in and out of the dealer made it much easier to get on the road since I had such a long trip back home. I flew into BWI (an hour+ away from the airport) and they were kind enough to come pick me up to make the deal happen - so much easier than trying to rent a one way car or get an uber for such a long drive. It really made the process that much easier. Everything went smoothly and I'd recommend the dealer to anyone looking for a new Mercedes or if the right used car pops up. More
