T, many questions, going so far as offering to connect my cell phone to the Smartphone Integration Package so I could see how it worked! The whole process was smooth. I received my follow up call from Barry 1 week later to see how I liked my new vehicle and if I had any questions. With my last vehicle, the service department is very nice to work with. He never played the games you get of going back and forth. We knew what our vehicle was worth that we wanted to trade in and he agreed. The GM, was also genuine and was kind. The entire visit was pleasant and we felt like they were truly interested in making sure we were getting the car we wanted, not the one they wanted to sell...how refreshing! The car was just what I wanted and a sale was quickly made. Rob answered all my questions and if he didn't know the answer he found the answer right away.
