Grateful, Happy Customer! I had just recently worked with Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown and Barry London to help my daughter buy her first car. As my very happy daughter and I w I had just recently worked with Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown and Barry London to help my daughter buy her first car. As my very happy daughter and I were finishing up working with Barry; I looked at him and said next year I'll be back to trade in my E350 on an ML. Well, little did I know that four weeks later, I would be involved in a multiple vehicle pile-up on the highway. Luckily for me, I was not injured, which I feel strongly was because I was driving a Mercedes but, unluckily my E350 was totaled by the Insurance company. I reached out to Barry sooner than I thought I would have to. Also to complicate matters more, I was about to leave on a two week vacation where I did not need a vehicle but, I would need one shortly after my return. Barry went to bat for me and sent me emails and texts on inventory that was available while I was on vacation. I felt confident that he would find exactly what I was looking for. Upon my return, I was able to meet with Barry the next day. To my surprise neither vehicle was what I thought I wanted. Barry pointed out their features and invited me to take both for test drives. After the test drives, I was ready to make a decision and I am extremely happy with my choice. It seems that Barry knew what I wanted better than I knew!! It's a sign of a great salesperson and knowing the client. Once my decision had been made, Barry worked a great deal on the price. I was able to return a few hours later and drive my ML350 off the lot. Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown and Barry London made what could have been a stressful experience in to one that was super easy and satisfying. I am a devoted Mercedes-Benz driver and I feel that it is because of Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown that I continue to be. More

GLE350 4MATIC SUV Great experience. We traded our ML350 for the GLE350. Very similar cars but more features than our old car. The wife and I are very pleased with Rob E Great experience.
