I no longer dread buying a car! This is the 2nd car I've purchased from Mercedes of Hagerstown, and from Rob specifically. I really appreciate that he knew a lot of detail about the car I was trading in ("you brought this in for service last week, right?"), and helped us find a car specifically for me and my circumstances- not just a quick sale. We were a bit hesitant at first to purchase a car 2.5 hours from our home, however once we spoke to Rob at the dealership we felt comfortable moving forward. The entire transaction was seamless and upfront. I drove the 2.5 hours and the car was just as described and the price did not change from our initial negotiation over the phone.
