We first met with Andre in testing driving a car and based on that positive experience we came back to the dealership and negotiated a fair price with Mr. Buchanan. If it wasn't for Andre, we would not have come back to consider the purchase. If it were not for Rob, we would not have made the purchase and if it were not for Barry, we would not consider MB of Hagerstown as the number one choice for future purchases. I have always been skeptical about going to car dealerships because in general they are very aggressive and pushy (at least that was my experience in the past).Let me tell you that this was NOT the dealerships because in general they are very aggressive and pushy (at least that was my experience in the past).Let me tell you that this was NOT the case with this dealership and Barry was awesome right from the start. I was impressed with his ability to answer my questions thoroughly in the brief time that I was there. I was further impressed when he e-mailed me later to say he had a car that had all the features that I wanted. He went far beyond the other dealerships and truly tried to earn my business.
