She was very knowledgable of the cars and made my Mercedes experience wonderful. From the time I came in until I left, I was pleasantly pleased. I also enjoyed the approach Chandra used. She sent an introduction video to me showing where to park, what time, and everything to expect. This was a first for me and was extremely helpful. I knew where to park, who I was looking for and it took away the worry. It was a great sales approach. Having a great salesperson makes an auto sale that much better.
