At the time of this purchase I shared with Mike the 2005 Cadillac Escalade I was driving had more than 161k miles and that I was interested in finding a car for myself as well. Mike followed up with me several days later inviting me in to look at an S Class that had jus been traded in. I test drove the car but felt this particular car was not suited to my likes. Mike proceeded to walk me around the lot explaining the various models. He spent considerable time with me helping to compare a new E class to the new CLS 550. Mike was patient and professional and did not rush the deal. This fact combined with his knowledge of the Mercedes Benz family of cars proved to be most helpful in my decision to purchase the CLS 550. Several years earlier I had purchased a 2008 SL550 and honestly I like this CLS just about as much as the SL with one excpetion - the SL550 had a hardtop convertible. Oh well... I recently purchased a 2009 Mercedes C300 for my soon to be 16 year old son. My goal was to find something safe and reliable. Not being familiar with the Mercedes family of cars, I found Mike's knowledge of the safety features to be most helpful. We test drove the car and Mike continued to educate us on the features and capabilities of the car including the turning radius which was impressive. I spent about $5k more than I had originally planned however I believe the quality of the car, particularly with regard to the safety features made this car the best decision. In early fall I stopped into MB of Hagerstown to test drive a C300 4Matic. I was met by Barry London who was very friendly and more than willing to let me test drive a vehicle. At this point I shared with Barry that I was not going to purchase a vehicle in the immediate future, but was just conducting some research. He was more than understanding and went above and beyond to provide me information and to demonstrate the features of the C300. Fast forward 5 months and we were in the market for a used MB. I contacted Barry and asked to drive an E350 to determine the difference between the C-class. However, my wife and I just welcomed a new baby and it was going to be difficult for her to be able to see the vehicle. Barry went above and beyond yet again in allowing me to take the vehicle home for my wife to see with really no questions asked. We test drove several vehicles and Barry was more than patient as we attempted to determine which vehicle would meet the needs of our family. We finally settled on a vehicle (C300). Barry offered to bring the paperwork to our house so that my wife did not have to leave our newborn! We did actually go to the dealership to sign off on the car. The hospitality that MB of Hagerstown displayed was second to none and I would highly recommend not only this dealership but also Barry London. More

I have purchased a 2004 E320 wagon from dealership about 6 hours away from MD. I was impressed to start with until the car lot, used car deal started kicking in. I left a deposit day one of talking to the service manager, a week later car still not detailed? I spoke to manager the first phone call and explained to him I didn't want to deal with a sales guy. I then was handed off to Brian Connoley, on several occasion he sent me photos and thought he was going to carry the torch. After about two weeks into the deal still no car complete ready to ship or pick up? I spoke to him on what was the hold up and what was taken so long? he explained they were busy? two weeks to get a car ready with only 9000 miles? They finally he says he was shipping paper work over night! Again no paper work? I called him around 4 he said Austin "manager" was off he needed to call him at 5ish I called because he never called me back, then he got a attitude and stated "you haven't bought the car yet, you have a few more steps and he could sell the car for $3000 more than I was paying! I WILL HAVE AUSTIN CALL YOU" CLICK the phone hangs up? What a surprise from a Mercedes dealer? After a lot of the typical car lot car dealer BS. We finally get things done to where they can drive car to me the weekend before thanksgiving because we were going to drive it out of town! There drivers wrecked it on the way here. I then call the dealer to find that Austin was tied up with someone else, then was but through to another manager he asked "do you want the car or not" do what I asked? I sent you a check over a week ago the car was paid for and is mine sir but I didn't want it wrecked? I think I forgot to mention this was supposed to be a garage kept car stated by Austin and Brian. The seal around the headlights were rotted off and the tires were dry rotted. I then after so many thing were messed up on this deal, I contacted the head guy Brandon Younger. I explained to him the issues and he sounded like he was concerned about my experience? He stated he would gather information and get back to me shortly, after a day and a half I sent he a follow up e-mail and asked what he thought? then he replied he would goodwill one tire, seem to just blow me off on other issue? I then realized he was just blowing me off trying to get rid of me, he had his money so he was going to do as little as possible! Would you be mad? Remember a few things! I was told on numerous occasions things that never happened and the car was not what they described over the phone and then didn't do much to fix issues. Be careful before you buy because the head guy is like the rest of his crew! The quote I think goes like this "FISH STINK FROM HEAD DOWN" I was as nice and calm through this transaction and it did no good! The good-- I ended up after few repairs and a new set of Michelins a awesome Mercedes wagon! that my wife loves! THE BAD- dealer failed on the job! I could go on with the details but it was a raw deal and was not handled properly! Then when Mr. younger had the torch in his hand he dropped it as well. More

I had stopped into MB of Hagerstown to visually inspect the MB GLK 350 to confirm my interest in purchasing a new vehicle. Barry was so helpful with his knowledge of the vehicle and answered my questions the MB GLK 350 to confirm my interest in purchasing a new vehicle. Barry was so helpful with his knowledge of the vehicle and answered my questions with informative facts. I appreciate his open and friendly approach. He even dispelled my concerns about the cost difference of the diesel and gas models of the GLK. I ended up purchasing the MB 250 (diesel) without visiting the other cars that I had on my list to test drive. The entire experience was relaxed and enjoyable. It is so different from my other vehicle purchases in the past. I highly recommend the GLK 250 and Barry London if you are interested in a Mercedes Benz. More
