I purchase my 2011 4matic from the dealership on yesterday 3/15/11 and I'm on cloud 9. I will start by saying WOW! What a great car buying experiences I had at Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown. I saw a pre-owned Audi A4 on the internet and sent my contact information via the web page. The nex experiences I had at Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown. I saw a pre-owned Audi A4 on the internet and sent my contact information via the web page. The next day Mike contacted me by phone. Not only was Mike friendly but very knowleded on the Audi. After taking the car for a test drive I loved it but was not able to purchase the car that day. Mike did not preasure me to buy the car. A few days later I called Mike to say "I really want that Audi" to my disapointment the car was sold. I told Mike I would like to work with him but MBoH had no more Audi A4. He offered to show me some Mercedes and I told Mike I really want an Audi A4. Again no preasure from Mike, he said he would let me know when MBoH had an Audi. With Mike's friendly, professional demanor I felt like I knew him forever after just 3 conversations. I received A phone call from Mike saying he had a Audi for me and would I like to take it for a test drive. I will just say I have been driving "my Audi" that I purchased from Mike 3 day ago and it is everything Mike told me it would be. This was my first exprience with MBoH but I will say the fastest and least stressful car buying experience ever. When I took the car for a test drive I told Mike I had to go out of town for family business but wanted the car. I wrote a check to hold the car and made arrangments to get the car the following Tuesday. When I arrived at MBoH the car was waiting for me and all the paper work was ready. Rob who was also friendly and professional, explained every detail of the very few papers I had to sign and answered all my questions with great knowledge. I went in to test drive a car after searching the lot on a Sunday. I was handed the keys and was told to take a long as I liked.
