We bought a pre-owned car here - and not a Mercedes! - and were still treated like gold! Kyle Swanson was patient and straight-forward in working with us, answering our many questions and not pressuring - and were still treated like gold! Kyle Swanson was patient and straight-forward in working with us, answering our many questions and not pressuring us to add warranties, etc. He was very knowledgeable about the car, and when he did not know the answer, he took the time to find out!
