Best Car Purchase Experience EVER! I purchased a Certified pre-owned Mercedes E350 from this Dealership just last week. I found the car on line and was traveling over 500 miles from Ke I purchased a Certified pre-owned Mercedes E350 from this Dealership just last week. I found the car on line and was traveling over 500 miles from Kentucky to pick up my new vehicle and trade in my current Mercedes. I had been trying to sell my car on line and when I thought I had a buyer for it - right in the middle of my purchase negotiations - , my sales person, Barry London, gladly put our deal on hold while my buyer purchased my car. That turned out to be a scam and the sale of my vehicle never took place. Barry picked up our deal right where we left off. He sought out very reasonable finance arrangements and Tony Mills, the finance manager, had all of my paperwork ready to go upon my arrival because he knew I was driving back to Kentucky that night. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, cooperative and efficient. There was no waiting on anything. Every member of the Hagerstown Mercedes Benz team did their jobs on que without any interruptions or delays. They worked together like a true team of professionals! Before leaving Barry took extra time to describe the upgrades on the car I was purchasing vs the one I was trading. (It was an older E350). He sinc'd my phone to the car, set up the radio and Sirius music for my trip back home as well! I went through 6 or 7 towns with Mercedes Benz dealerships on my way to get to Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown. And I am so glad I passed them by to get to this uniquely qualified team of automobile professionals. I will never purchase another vehicle without calling this dealership first! Job well done! He listened carefully to what I wanted--newer safety features and a vehicle that was easier to get in and out of. Knowing his inventory, he was able to select and show me just the perfect "pre-owned" Mercedes to fit my needs--a 2016 GLC 300! He took me on a test drive that day, highlighted the vehicles features and answered my questions--no pressure at all. I returned that afternoon and he drew up the terms of the sale. Three days later I finalized the sale and again Barry reviewed the main functions of the GLC 300 and answered any further questions.
